  • Identify three things that you LOVE about Thanksgiving

  • Identify three things that you dread about Thanksgiving

  • Set three intentions pro-actively (plan ahead) that would make your Holiday MORE “in-JOY-able” if those dreaded things try to sneak in and rob you of your joy

  • Set an intention for how you want to FEEL at your Holiday celebration


Thanksgiving Day Work!

  • Create some sort of ritual (prayer, meditation, journaling) to elevate your spirits and your vibration

  • Take some time to protect your energy (Ask for protection and envision the love of God, your angels, ancestors, guides…whoever you connect with in your practice) surrounding you in a white light, to the left - right - above - and below you. See yourself fully enveloped and protected by the light of LOVE!

  • Before you leave or get around people decide on an anchor that will be your constant reminder to bring you back to gratitude throughout the day, should something happen that tries to rob you of your joy! (Ex. Maybe put a stone or your favorite crystal in your pocket. Every time you put your hand in your pocket you feel the stone or crystal and you’re reminded to come back to joy!)
