Gratitude Week 7
Today take about 10 to 15 minutes to journey back into the memory of where you were at the beginning of the year as we embarked on this journey to the New You. Notice all of the Aha! moments that you’ve had. Notice all of the reminders of Love that the Universe has given along the way. Notice all of the subtle and major shifts in perception that you’ve experienced. Notice the release of old limiting thought patterns and belief systems.
Take out your journal and make a list of all of the things you’ve learned so far this year in the course of our time together. After you list each thing that you’ve learned, say out loud “Thank you, thank you, thank you.”
