Ways in which you are already living in alignment with your two core emotions
It’s very easy to beat up on yourself when you witness ways in which you are living out of alignment with your core values and emotions. We find it beneficial to first, love on yourself, and give yourself a bit of credit for the good that you’re already doing!
Take out your journal and make a list of all the ways that you’re already living in alignment with your core emotions and values. List as many as you can think of and then reflect on the gratitude you have for showing up for yourself in ways that you may not give yourself credit for.
It could look something like this:
“I value love and freedom, and I teach my children to value these emotional states too, by the example I set for them.”
“I show up with non-judgement in my workplace because I value equality.”
“I create space for kindness in my relationships with others because I understand that my energy has the power to influence others’ lives.”
