Tuning into your psychic gifts allows you to perceive the world more fully. Imagine going through your entire life wearing a pair of sunglasses. While you may be able to see everything around you while blocking out harmful ultraviolet rays from the Sun, you are not able to perceive, with clarity, the vivid colors, subtle shades and hues, and intensities of light and shadow. Once you remove your sunglasses your sense of sight is fully operational. So it is with psychic sight; once you’re able to identify and become fluent in the language of your intuition, you are able to perceive circumstances in your own life, and in the world with more clarity and precision. 

The next step in the evolution of any psychic, whether they choose to take it or not, is to learn to work with the energies that you now can perceive in a way that helps you to live in alignment with those energies to bring positive outcomes in your own life experience and in service to others. 

In Modalities of the Mystic you will learn to harness your psychic energy and align with ally energies through the use of tools like divination, energy work, scrying, and many other modalities to aid you in living a more fully attuned life while remembering your connection to the natural world.

 Throughout the six month commitment we will dive deeply into the aspects of working with your psychic energy that lies beyond mere psychic awareness and perception, to a place of understanding and practicing The Path of Psychic Energy Work.

During the first month we will lay the foundations of Psychic Energy Work and cultivating your personal psychic power. Becoming adept at readily harnessing your own energy will be the bedrock that all further work will be built upon.

In month two you will learn to attune to the natural energies of the elements of fire, water, earth, and air. You will also learn how astrological correspondences can act to enhance your own personal power and your psychic energy work. We will begin to align our work by the moon phases and planetary correspondences.

Furthering your understanding on drawing in ally energies for your psychic energy work; during month three you will have the opportunity to expand your spiritual support team by connecting with your ancestors, spirit guides, and explore working with deities.

Divintation tools such as Tarot, the use of pendulums, scrying, and other ways of Divining knowledge has been used for thousands of years. You will dive deeply into an exploration of what tools of Divining will best assist you in living in alignment and working with Source Energy to transform your life.

An exploration of different energy healing modalities such as Reiki, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique - Also known as Tapping), Ho’Oponopono, Chakra balancing, Crystal healing, and Aura cleansing will give you the opportunity to discover which modality/modalities you’re most drawn to and will most likely cultivate to use in your own pyschic energy path.

A culmination of all previous months; in month six you will learn the art of combining your knowledge and use of personal, elemental, and ally energies to create powerful rituals to focus your psychic energy work to send it out into the universe.

Val White

Val White is a psychic spiritual teacher, public speaker, and author of the mindful living column “Happiness Hunting” and the e-book of the same name.

Val has recorded two albums: “Prayers and Meditations” - an album of guided prayers and meditations, and “balance.” - a collection of trances to aid in balancing each of the seven main chakras. He has also created several digital courses including “Elevate: A guide to rising up”, “Five Sutras to Weather Any Storm”, “ALIGNED”, “Tuned In” and “In-Joy-ing the Holidays”.
