MODULE FOUR HOMEWORK

For the homework this week you will be paired with another student to practice sending energy to them.  You will find your homework partner listed in our private discord server for Modalities of the Mystic.

For this exercise we will not be giving too many instructions, for we want you to find how your intuition leads you when your intention is set on sending energy in aid to your partner. 

Once you’ve identified your partner, reach out them and ask them if there is any specific requests that they would like to work on with you. Perhaps they are feeling under the weather, or they are feeling stress from an overloaded work schedule. If there isn’t anything specific, you can simply set the intention to send positive energy and blessings to them, but with more specificity comes more opportunity to pin-point the affects of your work after a few days. 

From there, set aside some time to do your energy work. Ground and center using the tuning in prayer below.

Let your intuition lead you on how you want to perform this energy work. You may want to print out a picture of your partner, or write their name on a piece of paper and place it under a lit candle to help focus your energy. Don’t worry too much about getting it wrong, but instead, simply do what feels right. 

Follow up with your partner in a day or two and discuss what you experienced.
