How empowered am I ?

Today’s journaling exercise is to focus on all the ways that you feel empowered. Take out your journal and write the question at the top of the page “How empowered am I?”

Take a few minutes to meditate and center yourself into relaxation and then free write for 10 - 15 minutes and allow your higher self to show you the ways you hold power that you may not even realize consciously!

It would be great to diffuse or wear some citrus blend of essential oils while you do this exercise!
