Woohoo! Can you believe we are already on our final module?

We really hope that the process we put forth of aligning your goals this year with your core values and emotions served as an asset to setting intentions in a more purposeful way. This process can be used for any goals or intentions you set throughout the year.

To round things out we are sharing one of our favorite meditations that helps you to identify your core sense of identity. It’s a powerful meditation that yields, sometimes, amazingly surprising results when it comes to assessing your true sense of self.

We suggest doing this meditation and seeing what comes up for you, and then beginning next week, go through the entire five weeks’ work a second time allowing this final step to inform the un-peeling of the next level of the proverbial onion.
