THE EIGHT CLAIRS : 

Clairvoyance - (seeing) The ability to ‘see’ in your mind’s eye images, objects, people, places and circumstances using extrasensory perception and your imagination. 

Clairaudience - (hearing) The ability to ‘hear’ messages from spirits or other entities that are not in apparent close proximity. 

Clairalience - (smelling) The ability to perceive a sense of a time, place, or person/people by getting a smell (i.e., perfume, food, or environmental smells). People with this gift may have an already heightened olfactory sense.

Clairgustance - (tasting) The ability to receive messages about a person, place, thing, or circumstance by getting tastes (i.e., food, plants, or any other substance).

Clairsentience - (feeling) The ability to sense emotions, thoughts, and perception of others. Clairsentients are very shrewd and discerning and can perceive other peoples’ motivations and can often use this knowledge to influence people. 

Claircognizance - (knowing) The ability to receive messages from spirits or other entities with a deep sense of ‘knowing’ . Messages may come in thoughts, songs, stories, or simply a feeling. 

Clairtangency - (touching) The ability to receive messages by touching objects, animals, or people. 

Clairempathy / Empathic - (sensitivity) The ability to tune into people, events, or times by sensing the emotions of others. The empath feels emotions very deeply. 

Other psychic abilities: 

Channeling - The ability to quiet one’s own thoughts to allow Divine messages to be delivered through them without thought or manipulation. 

Energy Healing - The ability to draw on traditions and teachings from a vast array of ancient wisdom traditions and/or religions, new age practices, and metaphysical science understandings to assist in the physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual healing of yourself or another. Some energy healing techniques include reiki, acupuncture, EFT tapping, somatic healing, chakra balancing, crystal healing, aura cleansing, and shamanic healing. 

Mediumship - The ability to communicate and receive messages from spirits, often deceased people, and sometimes other entities. 

Precognition - The ability to see or know events that have yet to happen. 

Automatic Writing - The ability to channel, or receive other messages by writing or doodling without conscious effort or preconceived notions.
